MR. BIPLAB KETAN PAUL – Innovator & Director
Mr. Biplab Ketan Paul is also director of NSPL. His primary task in the organization lies in technology implementation and adaptation in execution model to suit local needs. Mr. Biplab Paul is a grassroot development professional; for last two decades Biplab is diligently working on innovative technical solutions, ameliorating both rural and urban poverty. His World Bank IDM 2007 awarded water technology is enabling poor women farmers towards disaster preparedness and lifelong food security in rural India; He has also been awarded as Ambassador for Peace, Ashoka Global Change maker, Change maker for India, Water Star, Best Contributor for State Development, (to name a few). MR. RAJ K JANI – Core Team
Mr. Raj K Jani associated himself with NSPL for last one year. He is one of the key members in collaboration negotiation and deal closing.

After his MBA, Mr. Jani closely worked in value chain establishment with more than 18 years of experience across south East Asia and African countries with various international agencies. He has deep understanding on program monitoring and budget planning. He has closely worked with Government of India within Panchayati Raj Ministry and Rural Development. Currently, Mr. Jani is looking after fund mobilization and partnership development.

MR. SHREY GOYAL – Core Team
Mr. Shrey Goyal associated himself with NSPL for last 4 months. With his technical aptitude (from IIT Kharagpur) He is playing a crucial role in the organization in Bhungroo designing as well as future ICT applications. He is also keenly documenting the technical progress of the program and taking initiative to publish book on the process.

After his BTech from IIT, Kharagpur, Mr. Goyal has diligently worked with various social enterprise as well as start ups. He is regular contributor to good no of print and electronic media across India as well as across the globe. He is a President’s Class Fellow, Washington DC. He is also an Ashoka young fellow Currently, he is rendering his service on technical adaptability as well as knowledge management. He is also creating advocacy strategy for NSPL within its work in disaster preparedness

He is graduated in engineering and post graduated from University of Missouri Columbia, USA. He is having over 18 years of professional experience in various roles such as Project Manager, Techno-Functional Lead from which 4 Years of experience with one of the Big 5 consulting companies – Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He had worked in Fortune 100 companies such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Sprint, and Nextel. A Highly motivated individual with well-developed analytical and research skills. A quick and continuous learner with good problem solving skills.

MIZAN RAHMAN – Core Team
He is having post graduation on environment management and over 27 years experience at managerial level in development sector in the area of training, research, human resource development and designing course material in Bangladesh.
